Describe the busy and quiet periods
Recurring outdoor activity can vary from ordinary weekdays to concentrated programme dates. Share that pattern rather than only the season’s start and end. Explain whether permanent bathrooms remain available and who oversees the property when the main activity is not operating.
Review access after each change
Temporary fences, parking or stored equipment may change between sessions. Keep the supplier informed and ask how service, pauses and extensions are handled. Do not assume that an unused interval suspends the rental or that a new programme automatically renews the arrangement.
Equipment and service details to compare
Revisit site conditions
Changing ground conditions, maintenance work or different parking arrangements can affect access. Tell the supplier about material changes and ask for model-specific instructions where weather or storage raises questions. Do not invent a winterization procedure or add chemicals on the basis of generic internet advice.
Plan the last week as well as the first
Identify when visitors finish, when staff finish and who is available for collection. Request any extension before the agreed end. Confirm that barriers or gates remain accessible until removal, and report damage or servicing problems through the rental contact.
