Start with the rented space
Madeira Beach Recreation lists rental spaces. Check the room or outdoor area actually reserved, the included bathrooms and the hours they remain usable. Ask the facility contact about bringing in extra equipment and which entrance rental vehicles may use.
Compare equipment against the available approach
A trailer, upgraded cabin and standard toilet can have different practical requirements. Explain the proposed location and ask for the actual model details. Include any connections, service and collection access so the preferred category fits more than the visual style of the event.
